In my writing, I'm extremely intentional in leaving out particular information to ensure that the reader can insert any type of photo of their spouse or hopeful future spouse that they prefer. This is not a judgment on anyone that tries to find specific things; not. My factor in all of this is to simply ask a few questions:

1. Have you discovered that your tastes have changed with time?

2. Have you expanded to appreciate various physical, spiritual, or intellectual qualities in the contrary sex?

3. Have you expanded to appreciate your partner in various ways as they have transformed for many years?

4. Do you see yourself as elder in your appreciation of the contrary sex?
